Cloud Imperium Games Appoints Two New Board Members
Cloud Imperium Games today announces two new board members: Dan Offner, a founder and managing partner of O&A, and Eli Klein, co-founder and chairman of Infatrade Group. Dan Offner joins on behalf of the investors, Clive Calder's family office and Keith Calder's Snoot Entertainment, and Eli Klein formally joins the board from his previous position as an external advisor.

With the appointments of Mr. Offner and Mr. Klein, Cloud Imperium’s Board of Directors now consists of five members including Chris Roberts, Ortwin Freyermuth and Erin Roberts. Chris Roberts retains full control of the Cloud Imperium Board and Group.
About Dan Offner
Dan Offner has more than 28 years of experience as a lawyer and entrepreneur. He has been corporate counsel, outside general counsel and deal lawyer for small, medium and large companies in the technology and interactive entertainment industries. With hundreds of M&A deals, incorporations, financings, technology and content deals, Mr. Offner has built and led numerous legal departments and deal teams for domestic and international clients. He is also an active angel investor and board member who appreciates the challenges of being an entrepreneur and a businessman.
About Eli Klein
Eli Klein is the Co-founder & Chairman of Infatrade Group, through which he has invested in many industries and trade companies across film, corporate finance and various industries including steel, food & chemicals, plastics and machinery. Currently, Mr. Klein is the chairman of the supervisory board of SLI Chemical Group (SLI) - a fine chemical trading and distribution company, where he oversees the finance and the strategic development of SLI.
